CALL FOR PAPERS                                                                        FOR A JOURNAL WRITING WORKSHOP

The editorial board of Academia Lasalliana Journal (ALJ) will conduct a journal writing workshop on April 17 and 19, 2018   at the Electronic Resource Center of Aklatang Emilio Aguinaldo. The workshop, which is a part of the university’s celebration of the Research Week, aims to train interested faculty researchers in transforming their research manuscripts into articles worthy of publication in scientific journals.

Participating in the workshop would give interested faculty researchers the following benefits:

• They will be trained and assisted by the editors of ALJ in developing their articles
• The knowledge and skills that they would acquire in the workshop could help them in their future endeavors related to scientific publication.
• The articles they would develop during the workshop would be received as a submission to ALJ and shall be given to external reviewers. Should it have the approval of the external reviewer, the articles will be accepted for publication in ALJ.

Twenty slots will be opened for workshop participants and shall be given to those who could submit studies with the highest chance of being published based on the evaluation of the editorial board. Thesis advisers may also submit manuscripts derived from the theses of their advisees.

Submission of research manuscripts, which would also be the manuscripts to be developed during the workshop, must be sent as an e-mail attachment to journaleic@dlsud.edu.ph on or before March 9, 2018.
